Booking

Please fill in the fields in the search form with the necessary city, date of arrival information and, if needed, indicate the desired date or periods of stay. Then click on the “Start Searching” and all the hotels which are available for booking for a selected date or period of stay will be highlighted.

Based on the information in the search form the information resource displays hotels and rooms information for booking and their prices. After providing your personal information (or after registering a member of the unique loyalty program in the system), you will get an email / text message (SMS) with confirmation with the code of the reservation and all the necessary information, such as arrival date, check in / out time, cancellation policy, hotel address.

On top of the description page of each hotel you will see a map. The hotel you are viewing will be marked with an orange hotel icon, and the hotels nearby with blue ones. In the confirmation email there will also be a link by clicking which you will be able to plan the best way to get to the hotel.

Only person who has reached 18 years of age can book a room at the hotel. Otherwise, you may be refused. General rules of accommodation are available at the hotel upon arrival.

According to the rules of providing hospitality services each person placed in the hotel must have an ID.

At the moment you can make a booking maximum seven (7) calendar days before to the date of arrival.

The most common reason for non-receiving the email / text message (SMS) is the wrong email address or mobile phone number you have provided. Therefore, we strongly advise that you recheck the correctness of the requested data before completing the booking. Also, in some cases, a confirmation email can get into the Junk E-mail folder (“Spam”). Yes, you can. You can book for today for the period of stay listed in the tariff selected by you. On average, 10-15 minutes after the end of the booking process you will receive a confirmation e-mail and / or text message (SMS). And then you can safely go to the selected hotel.

Changes and Cancellations

You can always cancel your reservation for today as well as any other reservation made through our system. Your reservation code is listed in the confirmation sent to you after completing the reservation. No cancellation fee for booking a daytime stay in the hotels will be charged.

To make changes to reservation you need to cancel the previously made reservation. After that you repeat booking. 

Payment and Privacy

Accommodation payment is made directly upon the check-in (registration) at the hotel. Various methods of payment for the hotel room can be listed in the hotel information.

No. The payment is made only upon the check-in (booking consumption) at the hotel. 

Hotels and additional services
1.

View page of your hotel shows its address. In addition, extra contact information (if you need any) may be provided to you in the confirmation email that will be sent to you after the booking.

A Double Room has one double bed and a Twin Room has 2 single beds.

Time of arrival and departure is specified in the description of the special tariffs which you can see when you make your booking on the information page of the hotel.

Room rates

If the price is crossed out that means that we offer you to compare the cost of the stay at the hotel for daytime with the price of the same room for standard accommodation for one night.

You pay for the room for one or two adults for a certain number of hours. The child stay in the hotel depends on the hotel policy, which may be listed on the hotel page.

No fee for booking a hotel room will be charged.
